Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn on 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.6368 of 2024 as by mistake and inadvertently, it was submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been apprehended. Thereafter, the petitioners have filed a modification application bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29438 of 2024 which was also dismissed vide order dated 26.04.2024 by this Court. Now, the petitioners have filed this second anticipatory bail application. 3. In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87682 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 of G.R.
