Case No. 74 of 2025 arising out of Budmu P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 140(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, whereas charge sheet has been submitted for the offence under Section 140(1), 130(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Sanjeev Jha, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi. 3. On 09.07.2024, at about 12:00 noon, the deceased came to the house of the petitioner and they went together on the motorcycle of the petitioner. Thereafter, he went missing. 4. During the course of the investigation, the petitioner was arrested and, on his confession, dead body of the deceased was recovered. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6.
