Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J In this writ petition, prayer had been made to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner as having been appointed against the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) on regular basis for all intents and purposes. Further direction to the respondents for release of consequential benefits to the petitioner on that basis, has also been prayed. 2. Pursuant to the order passed on 18.12.2024, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 11.02.2025 from the Director Elementary Education, in terms of which, the petitioner has already been considered as deemed regular employee of the State with all consequential benefits w.e.f. the date of his initial joining of the Government service on contract basis under office order dated 03.02.2025. Copy of said order has also been appended with the office instructions. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner grievances have now been redressed. 4. Taking note of office instructions dated 11.02.2025, office order dated 03.02.2025 and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition to stand disposed of as petitioner’s grievances have now been redressed.
