Registration of Society in which petitioner was working as Secretary has been undisputedly terminated and challenge to it may be pending before concerned respondents, therefore, consequently, appointment of petitioner also comes to an end. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has not able to show any illegality in the impugned order. 4. Otherwise also, as rightly pointed out by learned Additional C.S.C. that in case registration of society is restored, thereafter, its Committee has always liberty to appoint petitioner or any other person as its Secretary. 5.
