(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.96 dated 28.05.2025 registered under Sections 109, 351(2), 351(3), 308(5), 115(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 13.08.2025 is made absolute.
