The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 11246 of 2021, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 19.07.2025 by which the learned Magistrate took cognizance under Section 307 of I.P.C., Police Station- Raja Ka Rampur, District Ehah, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Etah. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ anticipatory bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
