The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the Respondents to consider the representations dated 27.03.2025 of the petitioner, in accordance with law within the stipulated time period of 2 months from the date of receipt of Order, by appointing special investigation team under the supervision of Respondent No.2 or Judicial enquire as petitioner Annexure-A to D and; b. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the ends of justice. 2. Initially the submission which had been made was that the complaint which had been filed by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47449 WP No. 12186 of 2025 complainant had not been enquired into but the investigation completed. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submitted that investigation had been completed and the matter closed since no offence was made out. 4. Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the offence of money trap that there are lot of persons who are suffering and suicides have occurred and as such this Court would have to consider the matter and has to issue appropriate directions. 5. The nature of the averments which have been made in the petition as well as the nature of the arguments which have been addressed would only amount to a public interest being espoused and not a private interest of the petitioner.
