The learned Government Pleader shall get instructions. Post on 28.03.2025.” Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that, the petitioner submitted a sketch showing the earmarking of 10% of the property for water conservancy measures. Thereupon the application was processed and for that a demand notice for conversion fee was already issued to the petitioner. On payment of the said amount further proceedings shall be initiated. This submission is recorded.
