The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 105/2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Md. Zaved Khan, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 26.04.2024, unknown thieves committed theft of eight batteries from B.S.N.L. Tower at Daulatpur. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md.
