The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash the FIR dated 15.10.2022 vide Crime No. 0352 of 2022 registered against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that in the present case charge- sheet has already been submitted before the learned trial Court and the learned trial Court framed the charges against the petitioner, to which learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to challenge the charge-sheet as well as the order framing charges against the petitioner. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
