ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a bail petition. Memo reads thus:
"The respondent police have filed the alleged charge sheet in Crime No.281/2025 by concluding the alleged investigation and the same has been committed to learned Sessions Judge, at Bangalore and the same has been numbered as S.C No.1663/2025.
Hence the petitioner may be permit to withdrawn the petition to approached learned Sessions Judge for relief Under Section 482 of BNSS.
Hence the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh bail petition, in the ends of justice."
