This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, to take appropriate action against the Revenue Inspector, who has not complied the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by respondent no.2 for installation of two pillar stone over and in the Arazi No.898 situated in resident of village Sabaya, Pargana Sidhuwa Jobna, Tehsil Kasya, District Kushi Nagar." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 01.04.2025, but till date it has not been complied with by respondent no.3. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to immediately comply with the order and get the land demarcated within 15 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order positively, strictly in accordance with law.
