Case No. 105/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 324, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with khanti. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners is innocent and has committed no offence. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89430 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 bail application. 6. Considering the nature of accusation, simple injury and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail- bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.
