The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Direct the Additional District Magistrate Administration District Azamgarh to decide the case No. 0156 of 2025 and computerized case No. 20255415600000156 (Prashant and others Vs. Geeta) under Section 27(3) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 pending before Additional District Magistrate Administration Azamgarh expeditiously within stipulated period as possible as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that proceeding under Section 27 (3) of U.P.C.H. Act is pending before respondent no.3, Additional District Magistrate Administration Azamgarh since 30.10.2024. He placed the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.3, Additional District Magistrate Administration Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned proceeding under Section 27 (3) of U.P.C.H.
