The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No. 72/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila. 3. On 14.11.2024, dead body of two unknown females were found near Narwa bridge. 4. During the course of investigation, it transpired that both the deceased females were sisters and they were acquainted to this petitioner. It further transpired that Aadhar card and bank passbook of one of the deceased was recovered from the house of this petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner used to help the deceased in bank her transaction. It was further submitted that apart from recovery of Aadhar card and bank passbook, there is no other material available against the petitioner. 6. In view the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila in connection with Jadugora P.S.
