Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that a peremptory order was passed in MAC No. 125 of 2025 on 15.01.2025, whereby the applicant SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.02.14 15:21:05 +0530 2 was directed to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry, but due to inadvertence, same could not be rectified by the applicant within prescribed period. She would further submit that the applicant/appellant is interested in pursuing the Miscellaneous Appeal (Claims). She would pray to restore MAC No. 125 of 2025. She would also submit that the applicant has a good case on merits. 3. Taking into consideration the submission by Ms. Gupta, the instant MCC for restoration of MAC No. 125 of 2025 is hereby allowed.
