Present petition has been filed to assail the order dated 2.6.2025 passed by respondent no.2/Collector, Banda in Case No.202517000871047129 (Deepu @ Deepak vs. State) under Section 98 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that against the aforesaid order, the petitioner would have a statutory legal remedy and in view thereof, present petition would not be entertainable. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said legal position. He submits that the petitioner would take recourse to the statutory remedy available under the law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order after retaining a photocopy thereof.
