Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefa: "i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of directing the respondent Civil Judge (Junior Division) Rampur to decide the Execution Suit No. 03 of 2025 (Devraj and others Vs. Smt. Mohaniya), which is pending. ii)Issue a order or direction in the nature of directing the respondent Rampur Development Authority Rampur not to pay the compensation to the respondent No. 3 till the disposal of Execution Suit No. 03 of 2025 (Devraj and others Vs. Smt. Mohaniya), which is pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division) Rampur." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution case is pending since 15.05.2025 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division) Rampur to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 03 of 2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
