It is seen from Annexure-C that the respondent, referring to the different earlier proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, has called upon the petitioner to deposit Rs.38,32,548/- as sum due as of 16.10.2024. This notice would be a precursor to the possible sale and with the lapse of time from the date of this notice, there could be further proceedings, the details of which are not furnished.
