No. 71067 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 30.10.2024 notice was issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 and requisites were to be filed by 18th November, 2024 but inadvertently he could not file requisites within time due to death of learned counsel’s father.
