ORAL ORDER
Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 30.12.2024 vide Annexure-'L'.

2. The brief facts leading to filing of this writ petition are as follows:- The petitioner has submitted a representation stating that the petitioner after completion of Departmental Enquiry approached the respondent No.1 and claimed that since he was entitled for appointment by way of transfer from Junior Engineer (Elec.) to Assistant Engineer (Elec.) and he participated in the counseling proceedings in 2015, is entitled for promotion, increment and monitory benefits from then onwards. The said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that if reasonable time is granted, respondent Nos.1 and 2 would consider the representation vide Annexure 'L' dated 30.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents that the respondents are ready to consider representation.
Accordingly, I pass the following:
ORDER
The writ petition is allowed.
Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to consider Annexure-'L' dated 30.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
