On bare perusal of the record, it reveals that petitioner no. 2 belongs to Muzaffarpur (Bihar) and for earning bread and livelihood, at present, petitioner no. 2 is rendering his services before a private company at Haryana and as such the prayer made in the instant petition cannot be exceeded for seeking police protection, hence, the present petition stands dismissed.
