Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09-04-2025 passed by the respondent no. 3 Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Ghazipur Sadar, Ghazipur in case no. 1376 of 2025, Computer case no. T202514291001376 under section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the mutation case no. 1376 of 2025, Computer case no. T202514291001376 under section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on merit." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a restoration application is pending consideration before respondent no. 3 in proceeding under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the restoration application as well as the mutation case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 3- Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Ghazipur Sadar, Ghazipur to decide the restoration application as well as Mutation case no. 1376 of 2025, Computer case no. T202514291001376 under section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
