Mr. Goel counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has placed on record order bearing No. Admn./F-3/2025/1607 dated 02.08.2025 and informs the Court that Dr. Vinod Kumar Verma, Principal Scientist (Retd.) has been appointed as a Vice Chancellor of the university. He has instructions to state that Dr. Vinod Kumar Verma has assumed charge of the post on the same day. He submits that in view of this development, both the prayers made in the writ petition have become infructuous. 4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
