The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gurdari P.S. Case No. 01/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Mrs. Sweta Soni, learned J.M., 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On 01.01.2025, the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted son of the informant by slaps and fists, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that for the aforesaid offence, no case under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 will be made out rather it will be the case under Section 105 of the B.N.S. 2023. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners but does not dispute the aforesaid submission. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Sweta Soni, learned J.M., 1st Class, Gumla or her successor in connection with Gurdari P.S.
