Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 3856 of 2021 which stood dismissed for non-removal of defects in terms of the order dated 19.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, the defects in the writ petition could not be removed within time.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no serious objection so far as restoration of the writ petition is concerned.
5. Considering the submissions and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time for removal of defect in W.P.(C) No. 3856 of 2021, as granted vide order dated 19.11.2024, is extended till 19th September
2025.

6. If the defects in the writ petition are removed within the extended time, office is directed to place W.P.(C) No. 3856 of 2021 before appropriate Bench as per roster.
