Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had raised the grievance qua the conduct of disciplinary proceedings at Ludhiana in respect of the incident of Mansa but inadvertently, none of the said objection so taken during the conduct of the disciplinary enquiry at Ludhiana, has been brought on record in the present petition hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
