The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is alleged to have been killed by the petitioner and other co-accused who is the husband of the deceased. 4. The child witness Priyanshu Kumar has supported the allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2024. 5. The prayer for bail of co-accused Sintu Yadav has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75236 of 2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
