This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for making necessary correction in the main petition of B.A. No.1676/2025, in which, it has been mentioned that Sessions Trial Case No.342/2024, arising out of Poraiyahat P.S. Case No.41/2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih, instead of the fact that it was pending in the Court of learned “Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda.”
By order dated 28.02.2025 passed in B.A. No.1676/2025, petitioner was granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No.41/2024, Sessions Trial Case No.342/2024.
In the bail petition at paragraph-1 and prayer portion, it was mentioned that the aforesaid case was pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih. However, it is pending in the Court of learned “Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda.”
Accordingly, necessary correction at paragraph-1 and prayer portion of bail application is permitted to be allowed. The correction should be made during the course of the day.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 28.02.2025 passed in B.A. No.1676/2025 shall be modified to the extent that petitioner is granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of “learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda” in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No.41/2024, Sessions Trial Case No.342/2024, in place of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed with the aforesaid modification.
