Respondents No.1, 4, 9 to 11 proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 16.05.2024. None for respondent No.5 CMP No.5717 of 2025 Admittedly, in the case at hand, respondents No.2 and 3 were plaintiffs before the trial Court, wherefrom the present revision has arisen. In terms of Order 6 Rule 14A CPC, the address for service of notice of respondents No.2 and 3 is the one, which is mentioned in the cause title of the Civil Suit at page 14 of the paper book i.e. Annexure P-1. Other than the aforesaid, in para 2 of the present application, the matrimonial home addresses of respondents No.2 and 3 have been mentioned. Despite numerous efforts, service at the parental address of respondents No.2 and 3 given in the plaint in terms of Order 6 Rule 14A and the matrimonial home addresses furnished in the present application, could not be effected. In view thereof, the present application is allowed. On taking steps within a week, let respondents No.2 and 3 be served by way of affixation both at their parental addresses mentioned in cause title of Civil Suit at page 14 of the paper book and also at their matrimonial home addresses mentioned in para 2 of the present application.
