0 2 The Court made the following ORALORDER: Heard Sri Gaddam Jayababu, Party-in-Person and Smt. T.V. Sri Devi, learned Standing Counsel for Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. 2. The present Contempt Case arise out of an Interim Order passed in W.P.M.P.No.44757 of 2013 in W.P.No.35998 of 2013. The Interim
Order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.44757 of 2013 dated 12.02.2014 is usefully extracted hereunder:
“As an interim measure, the N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada as well as the Principal, Government College of Nursing, Somajiguda, Hyderabad are directed to examine as to whether one of the students by name Miss. K. Madhulatha, D/o K. Naganandam with Admission No. 263 in the Government College of Nursing, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, has discontinued the course with effect from 24.08.2013 or not? In case, the Principal of the Government Nursing College, Somajiguda, Hyderabad has returned all the original certificates to Miss K. Madhulatha. the said candidate cannot stake a claim for continuing the two year M.Sc Nursing Course. In such an event, after ascertaining that the certificates have been returned to Miss K. Madhulatha, it can be construed that there is a vacancy in the said college. The case of the writ petitioner for transfer from NRI Nursing College, Chinakakani, Guntur District to Government College of Nursing, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, be considered against that vacancy and orders be issued within one week.”
3. The Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.35998 of 2013 came to be
disposed of by the Learned Single Judge of this Court vide Order dated 23.09.2021, which is usefully extracted hereunder;
“ORDER: When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Perused the record. In view of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P. M.P. No.44757 of 2013, dated 12.02.2014, no further order needs to be passed. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending for consideration, if any, shall stand closed.”

4. The above extract would indicate that the Writ Petition has been
disposed of on 23.09.2021 in view of the Interim
Order passed in W.P.M.P.No.44757 of 2013.The Interim Order would indicate that a general direction was given to the effect that the case of the Writ Petitioner for transfer from NRI Nursing College, Chinakakani, Guntur District, may be considered against the vacancy in Government College of Nursing, Somajiguda, Hyderabad for M.Sc Nursing Course, if a dear vacancy is available in the Government College of Nursing, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
5. Nothing has been placed on record with regard to steps taken by the Writ Petitioner in approaching the Respondents herein. In any case, the Interim Order itself would indicate that a general direction was given by the Learned Single Judge, way back in the year 2014 i.e., on 12.02.2014.On a query of this Court as to what is the daughter of the Writ Petitioner doing presently, the Writ Petitioner has submitted that she is presently working as MLHP in Royyuru, Krishna District.
