The plaintiffs assail the correctness of First Appellate Court’s judgment passed on 06.05.2015 while reversing that of the trial Court. 2. A suit for grant of decree of permanent injunction restraining the defendants-Municipal Council, Sirhind, from shifting the ‘Hadda Rori’ of Village Brahman Majra in Khasra No.87 (0-17) to the land comprised in Rectangle No.62, Khasra No.24 (0-19). The trial Court decreed the plaintiffs suit, whereas, the First Appellate Court reversed the judgment resulting in dismissal of the suit. 3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that ‘Hadda Rodi’ has already been shifted from Khasra No.87 (0-17) to the land comprised in Rectangle No.62, Khasra No.24 (0-19), in view of directions given in CWP-19236-2002. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has filed LPA-2449-2016, which is pending.
