Case No. 52/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned J.M, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 1019/2025 vide order dated 07.02.2025. 4. On 03.10.2024, the petitioner and the co-accused persons assaulted the informant near the house of Sahanand Gope. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the informant has sustained simple injury. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months. 6. Mr. Rahul Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned J.M, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Thakurgaon P.S.
