The applicant has earlier filed Contempt Application(Civil) No. 8054 of 2023 for the violation of the very same order i.e. order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Writ C No. 20622 of 2023, in which, except issuance of notice, this Court has not passed any order. 4. Under such facts of the case, once the earlier contempt application against the very same order i.e. order dated 21.06.2023 is already pending, second contempt application is not maintainable. 5. Further, contempt application is also barred by Section 20 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 6. Accordingly, contempt application is dismissed.
