Smt.Renuka H.R., counsel submits that pursuant to the transfer and relieving orders and after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner submitted a representation on 08/09.12.2025 requesting the Corporation to transfer him either to Bangalore Central Division or Bangalore South Division. She further submits that his request was considered and the Corporation passed an order on 11.12.2025 transferring the petitioner to Bangalore South Division as per his request. She submits that the request letter and the transfer order are furnished along with the memo and the same may be placed on record and the writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. The submission as well as the memo are placed on record. 5. I have perused the request letter and also the transfer order made by the petitioner with utmost care. 6. It is not in dispute that the petitioner requested to transfer him either to Bangalore Central Division or Bangalore South Division and the Corporation has accorded his request - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53823 WP No. 35973 of 2025 and transferred the petitioner to Bangalore South Division. Hence, petitioner cannot have any grievance as of today. The petition has become infructuous. 7. Resultantly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
