Pursuant to order of this Court dated 20.08.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 28.08.2025 with averment that no land of the applicant has been acquired by the opposite party. The instruction is taken on record. 4. I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. From perusal, it is apparent that this case involves disputed question of facts, which cannot be adjudicated by the Writ Court. 6. Therefore, contempt application is hereby dismissed. 7. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide a copy of the instruction to learned counsel for the applicant during the course of the day.
