This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to complete and finalized the proceedings of Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and fixed the boundary pullers according to rule 22 (12) of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 in pursuance of order dated 27.06.2024 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no.1639 of 2024 (Ramashish and others versus Gram Sabha) by following the provision of rule 15 and 16 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 27.06.2024, but till date it has not been complied with by respondent no.4. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to immediately comply with the order dated 27.06.2024 and get the land demarcated within 15 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order positively, strictly in accordance with law.
