(Oral) The petitioner is seeking direction from the respondents to refund the amount which he had paid along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the alternative he has sought re-allotment of the said flat under the Low Income Group(LOG). He submits that he was successful in the draw of lots held in the year 2010 and had made payment of Rs.6,67,693/- towards allotment of the said flat and could not pay rest of the amount due to financial difficulty. He submits that the respondent is entitled to a full refund of the amount along with interest thereof and in alternative, for re-allotment of a flat in Low Income Group. He further submits that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-11) in this regard and prays that this petition be disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 3.
