Notice was issued on 07.01.2025 and Mr.B.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel appears today on behalf of the respondents. 3. A perusal of the affidavit does not indicate any reason whatsoever to explain the delay in filing the review applications. It is necessary in order to enable this Court to condone the delay that the petitioners cite legitimate and justifiable reasons explaining why the delay had transpired in the first place. 4. The affidavit is conspicuous by any justification for the delay and only reiterates the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis contents of the writ petitions. Hence, and as no grounds have been made out for review of order dated 11.06.2024, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay in filing the review applications. The applications seeking condonation of delay are rejected. 5.By an order dated 11.06.2024, writ petitions were disposed issuing mandamus to the respondents to consider the representations of the writ petitioners dated 05.01.2023 and 09.01.2023. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he is aggrieved by the manner in which their grievances had been addressed. This appears to be the reason for the filing of the review applications itself. 7.
