The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 74, 75(1)(ii), 77, 78(2) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Latehar. It is alleged that petitioner used to pressurize the victim to marry her and he also extended threat to her that he will make their photograph of their intimate relationship viral. The victim is on the verge of adulthood. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa P.S.
