Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Execution No. 50 of 2023 pending before the Court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner had already been granted interim maintenance and the revision filed against the same bearing CRR No.35 of 2923 was dismissed. Learned Counsel submits that suitable direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the Miscellaneous Execution No. 50 of 2023. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the Court of Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta is directed to conduct the matter expeditiously in accordance with law and dispose of the same preferably on or before 31st December, 2025.
