CM No. 2978/2025
This is an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition being WP(C) No. 1867/2024 on the ground that the settlement between the petitioner and the Competent Authority of respondent-Bank has been arrived at.

The petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid directions but claims to have entered into a settlement with the respondent- Bank.
Be that as it may, the application for the reasons stated therein is allowed and the writ petition bearing WP (C) No. 1867/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
CM disposed of.
