This is a petition seeking setting aside of the impugned order passed by the learned Sessions Court dated 23.08.2024 wherein the petitioner’s application for stay against the order dated 18.11.2023 passed by the learned MM (Mahila Court) was dismissed. 2. A perusal of the order dated 23.08.2024 shows that the learned Sessions Court has dismissed the application for stay on the ground that the arguments have been heard on the appeal and the order would be pronounced on 14.10.2024. It is admitted by both the parties that despite a period of 3 months having elapsed, the order on appeal has yet not been pronounced. 4. In this view of the matter, it is therefore directed that the learned Sessions Court shall pronounce the order on appeal expeditiously as possible and in case the learned Sessions Court is not able to pronounce the order on appeal for any reasons, the application seeking stay of the order dated 18.11.2023 shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned Court. 5.
