Bhawanipur, District Kapurthala. Documents perused. At the outset it was made clear to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition amounts to giving criminal colour to the civil dispute, qua which civil case is pending. Learned counsel restricts his prayer to decide the representation dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure P-8) in efficacious manner.
