This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for expeditious disposal of FR Case No.123 of 2025, dated 18.12.2024, arising out of Case Crime No.690 of 2024, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, P.S.- Gajraula, District- Amroha, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)-4, District Amroha. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicants that opposite party no.2 has lodged the first information report of this case making false allegations. After investigation, police have submitted final report in favour of applicants. After receipt of final report, the learned C.J.M. has issued notice to the informant vide order dated 01.01.2025 but since then no progress at all has been made. It was submitted that a direction may be made to the Magistrate concerned to decide the said final report expeditiously, preferably within a specific period. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of aforesaid final report and decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
