On 31.07.2025, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner, however, this Court passed the following order: "No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time to argue the matter. However, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is being granted to both the parties to argue the matter. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted. List the matter in the next week." 2. Even today, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
