2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 50.250 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the straw-filled hut situated west side of the houses of these petitioners.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The alleged recovery

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge-II, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
