The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a number of defects have been pointed out by the office after conversion of the civil writ petition into the present civil miscellaneous petition. For this reason, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one. 3. The contention is opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
