The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj. On 09.01.2025 at about 10:00 P.M., dacoity was committed in the wine shop of the informant. The dacoits looted liquor worth Rs.42,67,130/- and Rs.65,000/- cash. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It was further submitted that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Abhay Kumar Singh and Vikash Kumar Singh have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
