Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of learned counsel Mr. Sunil Kumar was reflecting but at that time he had left for his heavenly abode however he has filed vakalatnama along with Mr. Sunil Kumar though his name was not reflecting due to which the case was not marked. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection if the said petition is restored in its original file. 4. It appears that sufficient cause has been made for restoration. 5.
